2. Startup Registration and Account

  • 2.1. Startup Criteria: The Platform is intended only for companies registered/operating in Georgia that meet the startup criteria (innovation, growth potential, and others).
  • 2.2. Information Accuracy and Responsibility: The startup representative is fully responsible for the correctness and accuracy of all information entered by them (company name, description, financial data, contacts). They are also responsible for the copyrights of the uploaded materials.
  • 2.3. Authority: By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of the respective company.
     

3. Intellectual Property and Content License

  • 3.1. User-Generated Content (UGC): Logos, profile texts, images, and other information placed by the startup remain the property of the startup.
  • 3.2. License for the Platform: By posting information, the startup grants Startup Catalog the right to use, display, publicly distribute, and copy the content, which is necessary for the catalog's functioning and promotion.
     

4. Prohibited Actions and Restrictions

  • 4.1. Illegal Content: It is prohibited to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or violates the rights of third parties (including copyrights).
  • 4.2. System Violation: It is impermissible to interfere with the website's functioning, perform massive automated data scraping, circumvent security systems, or distribute malicious code.
  • 4.3. Profiling Standard: Information posted in the profile must relate directly to the startup's activities and not to political, religious, or other inappropriate topics.
